1. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

By signing up for this event I hereby grant the Southern Rhode Island Conservation District (SRICD) and its event partners the right and permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media of myself or any minor accompanied with me taken during this event.

I understand and agree that:

• These images may be used for educational, informational, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to: social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), websites, newsletters, flyers, and annual reports.
• I will not receive any financial compensation or royalties for the use of these materials.
• SRICD holds full ownership of the media produced.

2. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

I understand that this event is provided for informational purposes only. The information shared is for educational use, and I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety should I choose to practice these techniques independently at home.
