Wood Pawcatuck Rivers Watershed Flood Protection project (PL-566)

SEEKING PUBLIC COMMENT

NRCS and partners are soliciting input from the public for areas of concern in the Wood-Pawcatuck watershed by March 9, 2023

NRCS are soliciting input such as: flooding, stream/ river bank erosion, channel blockages and sedimentation, potential pollution sources, etc.

Submit comments to Wood-Pawc@parecorp.com  by March 9, 2023

Project partners are developing a Watershed Plan to identify priority actions to protect and enhance the flood resiliency in the Wood-Pawcatuck watershed and to improve river and stream ecosystems, including water quality and habitat.
